Thanks to Aunt Feli for passing us this family recipe that has been the inspiration for this Apple Crumble! It has an almond sponge cake base, a mixture of apple with cinnamon and a crunchy walnut on top. We recommend warming the crumble a little and serving it with a scoop of ice cream!
